Bacon, egg, and cheese sammiches should always be made with a yolk so runny that it oozes out of the edge of the bread and makes a puddle of golden eggy goodness on the plate that can be sopped up with the crusts (Evil Lurker totally disagrees with this but will make it this way for me). I have never eaten a raw egg but have seriously considered it
