Just came back from the orthodontists, and had to hide my tears in the car with my family.

I have crowded teeth, and went about a baby one that wasn't coming down to allow the adult to come through. I had a few x-rays, a few of those putty teeth things, and I now have three options, which I'm not happy about.

Have an extraction for ANOTHER baby

I had braces from when I was 17(senior year of high school) until I was 19. I didn't like the braces, but they were so worth it. I love my teeth, they look GREAT. Braces aren't the hell a lot of people think they are, they're bearable. One of my friends who had them until she was about 19 as well claims she got picked up more when she had them, lol.

I took the attitude that anyone who wouldn't want to date me when I had braces wasn't worth my time anyways, really, if they're so shallow they can't get past a little bit of metal, do you want to date them?
