The (sims) Renaissance
Even before marrying into the Uchiha family, Sakura always had strong family aspirations. It was therefore impossible for her to resist being the matriarch of the Uchiha clan's revival. Three handsome boys (Sai, Itachi Jr. and Sven) were good but nowhere near enough to fulfill her aspiration! Her goal? TEN children!
Itachi, of course, was more than happy to assist her in her mission.
And the first successful try is worth it! The family welcomes its very first girl, Vespa.
Meanwhile, Sven is unhappy with all the attention the new Uchiha princess is getting.
And grows up without anyone much noticing. The poor boy! He looks promisingly handsome too (and very much like his mother in looks).
Sven, however, shows no hard feelings towards his little sister.
With three older brothers already looking out for her 24/7, Vespa grows up happily and much-adored.
Meanwhile, Sakura falls ill. Like, seriously ill. Never had I seen her run to the toilet to vomit so many times. :p
Had she pushed her body to its limit?
And sure enough, she delivered not one but TWO babies! A beautiful girl named Josephina...
.. and her brother Xane.
Its rather amusing to see twins born with two different skintones, but like their brothers and sister before them (with the exception of Sven), they seem to have all inherited their father's eyes. Unfortunately, the twins are the final straw. Though 6 children with Itachi is an impressive number, Sakura is devastated to learn (from ME) that she will not be allowed to obtain her family aspiration of 10 children and no longer have any more babies. I mean, I did give them a mansion and moved Sai out for 'special training', but its still not big enough for that many children!
Speaking of Sai...
Though the first son of Itachi and Sakura's Uchiha line, Sai was taken away to live with Naruto as his mentor when he reached his teen years. They called it a 'special training' for his unique and blossoming talents. And though it was true that he was an Uchiha genius...
The truth was that when he hit puberty, he didn't just grow hair in some places.
The lycanism was later traced to an early childhood encounter with a werewolf. Fearing for their other children's safety, Sai was sent to the only other resident who had ever experienced the curse of the werewolf in hopes that he can learn to control it. Though it kept him separated from his family and most of his friends, the seclusion also allowed Sai to explore his other, previously untapped talents.
Still, he often spent time wondering how his family was, especially his parents.
"Mother had fallen in love and given birth to me at the same age I am now. I wonder if I too can experience such a passionate, whirlwhind romance despite my condition?"
Recently, his brother Itachi Jr (who was only younger than him by one year) was allowed to come visit and even train with Sai.
"Come on, younger brother! I heard so many great things about your growing skill! Is this all you've got?"
Itachi Jr: "You're unfair, aniki! You've learnt to harness your lycan speed!"
Sai: "Yet you're still able to block it. I am beginning to be impressed!"
Itachi Jr: *grins*
Sai: "Wha---?!!"
Itachi Jr: "And now, aniki, what do you think? Have my skills improved to your satisfaction?"
After the training, Itachi Jr. extends an invitation to come home for a family photo and to see their newest younger siblings.
"You are even more handsome than the last time we've seen you. Welcome home!"

Two girls, four boys, all very promising in their pedigree. My curiosity got the better of me and I took a sneak peek at the future with Sven as an adult. His mother's eyes, his father's looks. I don't think he looks bad at all!
