times like these remind us that even the brightest stars can and will burn out. ed mcmahon tuesday, and farrah fawcett and now the king of pop. RIP <3

very true. it just disturbs me how little respect a legendary musical icon is getting in this time of loss.

I agree that people should be respectful. I think there's also some perspective that could be taken... but that's my only 'beef' with people.

I agree that he did a lot for the music industry and that he was a legend in his own right. But in reality all those things will fade away and not matter in the least (at least that's what i believe), so from that perspective his passing means little to me.

Anyway... I know you don't feel the same. I just feel safe to express what i'm thinking/feeling to you without you taking it as a personal thing. I don't think that crude joking and disrespectful things are right at all, however.

of course nothing stays forever. i just feel that a legacy like his only comes around once in a great while. his career lasted for almost 40 years. that's insane to me.

i firmly believe in people expressing their open and honest opinion, as i speak mine.

don't worry, i don't. and i respect your view as i know you respect mine.
