Very intense.

I have to admit that I got so involved in the story that I didn't think to look for mismatched tenses, but nothing jarred (and I tend to be nit-picky about that sort of thing) so if there was anything like that it wasn't glaringly obvious.

Interesting idea! Nick seems to be marking his territory in ana almost Helen-like manner. Sometimes the tenses were inconsistant but it didn't throw me off too much. Still pretty sexy, too.

I felt like I needed it to feel that way. Like Nick was laying down a brand, and I've discovered my muse had reasons. ^_^

It seems to have worked okay with the tenses [even when they were a little wrong]. I'm glad it didn't distract and that you enjoyed it. ^_^

That was absolutely amazing. Hot, damn sexy, utterly gorgeous. I always see Stephen as a follower, Nick as a leader, and no matter how hard he fights it, Stephen would follow Nick to the ends of the Earth. Beautiful written, beautifully characterised.
