Looking up at the cross hanging from the wall, Dean considered praying. But to whom? Who would listen to a man who had bartered away his soul to a demon, let alone take pity on him?
A question I have often pondered, myself.
The crossroads demon snarled at him, her beauty marred by the ugly twist of fury. "Damn you Winchesters! Only you would figure out how to break an iron-clad contract with a marriage!"
