Fujiko wouldn't but if Thelma wants to spy on her in the shower or something, that's totally cool with me.

Hmm, Washu would definitely be able to see her and I think Rayne would too considering she isn't entirely human. Saki I think there is a chance she would be able to see Thelma when she isn't actively closing her powers of perception off.

Hmmm.

El has had a number of near death experiences (and has been described as "already dead" by a number of people) and has a cannon history of having prophetic dreams.

I don't think he could be able to see or hear her directly, but maybe be able to catch her out of the corner of his eye type of thing?
