Stick in the oven at 350F for 25 minutes, and nom!
Simple recipe for chicken adobo:
Marinate chicken in equal parts soy sauce (use Silver Swan brand for best results), vinegar and fresh minced garlic overnight. Dump it all in a pan, saute until the chicken is cooked, and serve with rice and whatever veggies you want. So easy. :D

I've made this with my dad once or twice. It's delicious and goes great with chicken!
WHAT YOU NEED:
Tools: Wet and dry measuring cups Large bowl for stirring rice Strainer for filtering out water Large pot for cooking rice Large skillet
Rice: 1.5 cups long-grain or brown rice .5 teaspoons salt 1 tablespoon unsalted butter or butter substitute, whatevs you like
Flavoring: 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil (add one more if you skip bacon) 3 strips of bacon, cut into slivers (Dad says it tastes better without bacon, so you can skip this especially if you're a veg*n) .5 medium red onion, diced 1 minced clove garlic .5 medium green bell pepper, cored/seeded/cut into quarter inch dice " red bell pepper .5 cup cooked corn kernels .25 cup dark raisins .25 cup golden raisins 3 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley Salt and black pepper
WHAT TO DO: 1. Dump rice in large bowl, cover with 3 inches cold water. Stir until water gets cloudy, then drain in a strainer. Do this 'til water remains clear after a stirring.
GYOZAFair warning: this makes a huge batch, so you'll either want to downsize it a bit or have a lot of freezer space handy. My family usually makes gigantic batches and then we have them in the freezer for months. The big trick with freezing them is that you don't want them to touch until after they're fully frozen. We usually space them out on a cookie sheet to stick in the freezer, and once they're frozen through, bag them up in gallon ziplocks

Whole Foods, IDK. I'm not sure how great their spice collection is. And it's not going to be right out in the open, it's one of those things you have to hunt for. I got my first batch of it at a fresh market in Tampa, and my second in a Publix. It came in a red box . . . tin . . . thing. And I kind of came upon it miraculously and was like WOAH OMIGOD YESS
Now I live in the Midwest and have no idea where I'll find it in a store, but the Tea and Spice Exchange has it if you never do find it in a local grocery.
