Going outside often helps for me. Find something amazing. A very smart gal once told me that there's a whole world of beautiful things to distract us. Think of reasons to smile. Write or do something artistic. Read. Get lost in some music. ENJOY YOURSELF. These may not work, but I hope they do.
Masturbate. Or watch movies. Or maturbate while watching movies. OH! Going for a bike ride/jogging/taking a walk helps too. Listen to music while doing all the above, except maybe the movie bit.
