I'm so glad you're interested in my novel! ;; Cutting to the chase, it's inspired by an indie platformer called Eversion. A paranoid woman living with her pet pig finds a man hung like a scarecrow in the middle of the giant labyrinthine sunflower field in her backyard. She takes him into her home to recover. The man introduces himself as Braid, and he can see portals that take him back and forth between different dimensions. She is introduced to his best friend, whose world is an eternal carnival; a pinnacle of paradise. But what happened to Braid? Why can't he talk about her without being pained and bleeding by a curse? Someone from the nether dimensions is after Braid, and as long as nothing prevents her from setting out to "evert" all worlds into her own, Braid and anyone associated with him is in grave danger...

Basically a bizarre and creepy fantasy with plenty of Poe/Lovecraftian horror elements abound. :3
