After debating back and forth some more, last night I determined that WordPress runs faster than Blogger. I opened a second blog on my account there. But ... I just wasn't happy at the thought of it being there. So I went to Blogger and made one there on my already-existing private Google account. But I didn't feel much more at peace than before. Hmm. Yes, LJ's informal atmosphere is nice indeed, and I understand your nervousness for launching a public blog on either site.

Ah, yes, our project. I'm just surprised that we've been getting more attention as of late (I was beginning to give up on that, but that latest idea of yours has definitely provided results). I'm hoping that we don't disappoint, either--though there really isn't anything to compare to, at least regarding Simon. And we've done a good job of keeping it professional, as well, I think.

Yeah, maybe so. At any rate, I decided to post my introduction on Blogspot and start promoting it. On the title, I couldn't get Objection Overruled for the URL. It was taken on both sites. Park Avenue Beat was available on both, so that's the URL. But the actual title of the blog is Objection Overruled ( ... )

Hmm. Yeah, understandable. Good luck with all of it! (I'm trying to figure out how I'll be balancing everything I want to do once work starts--still no definite start date yet, but it will happen).

Hmm. True. And yeah, yahoo groups may not be worth the bother...

I'm thinking of doing a musing for tomorrow (best day for it, isn't it?) and I'm thinking it should be on his voice/accents. I love his Italian accent from Wagon Train. Yes.

Well, as you know, I have a strong preference to Wordpress-I think it has a lot more professional options and I like the system (even though Blogspot is sometimes easier to manage ( ... )

Even though I decided to start out with the Blogspot, I haven't decided to not use the WordPress too, so I might go back and play with the layout there some more and see what I can get. One thing I'll say for WordPress is that they certainly have more layout choices ( ... )
