So, basically (RUN! I mean...), Amy isn't Amy. Well. She is. But she isn't. She's a duplicate or an alternate Amy or something wibbly-wobbly, but they're connected, kind of like the Gangers. And she's seeing flashes of what the real/our Amy is seeing (the Eye Patch Lady), because the real/our Amy has been taken by some big baddies. She realizes this, or the Doctor does, or they both do, and that's when the Doctor is all "We're going to find you!" to not!Amy
