Один способ бороться со стеснительными детьми - вызывать их по двое. Так оно менее страшно.

Это очень правильная идея, и теоретически, и по воспоминаниям. Надо будет родителям шепнуть.
Тут, конечно, у близняшек есть определенное преимущество ;)

Yeh. Reminds me of a show at our school, too. I was about 10.

I had two verses we had to recite -- one as a part of a "group" show and one all by myself. The "group" one went fine. Then, after some 20 minutes, when I can to recite the solo one, I went up to the stage. In the middle of the presentation, realized that I was reciting a WRONG VERSE! Instead of the solo one, I was repeating my part of the "group" one! I ran off the stage, but not before promising to "be back and say it right". In another 20 minutes, I came back on the stage and said everything right without a problem...
