Summary: Kota locked himself to the world for 3 years and he even have times that he wanted to die already but he was always stopped by unexpected situation like fate didn't want him to die. After visiting a grieve, he accidentally met the most important person in his life which he thought was already dead. He treated it as an opportunity to fix what he have done wrong to him 3 years ago. But the real aftermath of the nightmare happened that years ago just began when the 5 members of Blazerz received a call stating that he knew everything that happened that night and he was planning to take revenge for the death of Sakura Minato.

"Date? Why will I do that to someone like you?" Sakura asked with her usual hand on the waist and raising right eyebrows.
"But you promise that if you win the audition you will give that to me. I mean… I also did what you ask me to do. I forge the scores of Kota so that you will chosen." Kanata explained.
"Are you joking?" Sakura asked again. "It's me who did all the work. I win because of my capability and not yours and so why will I give you an award when you didn't do anything at all? It sounds so ridiculous and at the same time stupid. Sorry Kanata… but no matter what you do… I will not be your girlfriend besides… you were not my type." she said directly and that hurts Kanata so much.
Kanata Narusawa was in love with Sakura since first year high school but he just have a time to be open with his feelings when Sakura approached him and talk to him for the first time by asking where the venue for the audition of Blazerz. That time Sakura was surprised that he was part of the group where her inspiration was also part of. Sakura is a big fan of Ono Daisuke, she loves his music and composition and she wanted to be part of the group that he created. Kanata told him that he was the drummer of the group and Sakura praise him which really made him happy since finally his existence was known by his ultimate crush.
In the process of the audition, Kanata became more attach to Sakura and he was doing everything that she wanted just to get her attention. He became an errand boy of her but he doesn't care because he likes the feeling that he was being helpful to her. When only Kota and Sakura was left for the finals, she felt threatened and that was because she knew that Kota was really skillful despite of her boring looks and personality. That time she seductively asked Kanata for help and that was to alter the scores so that it will favor her and she promise that she will have a date with her. Kanata have hesitations to do it but it's his long time dream and so he take the risk.
But even Sakura win, he was not given the date that he wanted and he was even totally rejected which really hurt him. He have no idea that Sakura was a bitch even though everyone in his school was praising her because of her lady like attitude. He finally found her true color but still his feelings for her was still there even when Sakura started working with Blazerz she was acting cold towards him. He accepted everything because he wanted to be by her side. It was pure and white love but in the process, Sakura turned it into hatred in an instant. He started to hate her because of her personality and the way he talk to him like she was disgusted to him. But he can't say a thing since she was a vital part of the group and fighting within the group is not allowed.
"You're gonna die… and you will be with me."
Kanata woke up from a nightmare and like always he was still inside the hospital bed. He was panting and trembling upon seeing Sakura in his dreams like he was welcoming him to hell. Her face with blood was keep on flashing to his mind and even he struggle to think of something else it keep on bothering him. He didn't want what was happening and he wanted to go out of that hospital already. He felt like he will go crazy anytime soon.
He never imagine that the time of regret will come. He never thought that time that they will punish for what they did will come. For 3 years he live a peaceful life without no one bothering him and so he thought that they were safe already but when he was enjoying his life that call suddenly arrived and ruined everything. He have no idea who was doing that but he started to panic and feel terrified. He didn't want to die… he didn't want to die at a young age without accomplishing anything at all. He have lots of dreams he wanted to achieve and he even wanted to marry someone that deserves someone like him. That time he thought… "If only we didn't kill her…"
He was gasping when all of a sudden he heard a phone ringing. He thought that it was his phone and so he look for it but he remembered that he throw it away and he never hold a 8 since that. He found out that the cellophane ringing was from one nurse who was having a rest outside.
"It's me… it's only me Narusawa-san." the nurse said. "There is a phone call for you in the public phone. It said that it was your big brother and he wanted to talk to you."
"Brother? My brother is calling?" he asked.
"Yeah… that is what he said. He contact your number and so he called the public phone. Do you want me to accompany you? The light in the telephone booth area was broken and the electrician was not around and so the place was kind of dark." the nurse said.
"No need… I'll go on my own."
"Alright… I'll just lean you a flashlight." she told him.
Kanata instantly walk towards the telephone booth where the nurse told him to go and after that he was leave all alone. He was not expecting that the area was really dark and it's kind of scary to be all alone but he already said that he can do it and so he need to stick to his words besides he really wanted to talk to his brother who was working in other country and he was the one who was his closest with among the family members.
He doesn't really have a good relationship with his family and it was also his fault since he was the black sheep. The family knew that he was taking drugs and they didn't want it. They told him to stop but he can't do it. Only brother was his only hope in the family. He can understand him well better than anyone else and he support him to everything that he do in his life. He even congratulate him when he entered Blazerz. But few months ago his communication to him was gone. His mother said that his brother was too busy working because he will marry soon. And so now that he called he was excited to hear his voice again.
He reached booth 3 where the nurse told him the call was coming. He hold on to the receiver and started to talk "Brother… Ca…can you… can you get me away from here? Can you bring me with you already? I… I don't want to stay in this place anymore… I don't want to be in this country anymore. Please.. i…I'll do anything that you want me to do… I'll stop taking drugs just… just take me away from this place." he said continuously. He will go crazy if he continue staying in that country. The shadow of the past will keep on bothering him and so in order to stop that he need to run away… move away from the country where everything started. "Brother… are you there? Why are you not answering?" he asked when no one was replying from the other line.
"SO YOU WANT TO ESCAPE HUH?"
Kanata freaked out when he heard a familiar devilish voice. He let go of the handle and then back off as he started trembling again. He was already mentally exhausted after dealing with everything and now he can't think of the right thing to do and the only thing inside his mind was to run away. He didn't want to talk to that 'caller' when every words that comes out of his mouth sucks all the sanity that Kanata have left. Only hearing his voice already push him to the edge and few more will totally leave him falling into darkness already.
Leaving the phone hanging, Kanata struggle to escape the dark corridor. Because of fear, both his foot felt heavy and his breathe started to go faster and in chaos. He was to the point of reaching the side of the corridor where there is lighting when a guy in an all black suits and have a hood to cover his head blocked his way. Kanata immediately run away to the other side even not knowing who it was. In his eyes everyone looks suspicious to him and he can't trust anyone anymore. As he reached the other end, that guy was there again like he teleported from his old position to the new. His eyes was so hide and jaw was about to drop thinking how it happened. He stepped back slowly, still planning to escape. His whole body was trembling and his heart beat was in disaster.
The guy in hood step closer to him as he step further away from him. Kanata has no idea what was going on but his own self was telling him to escape. He wanted to call for help but for some reason his voice back off when he badly needed it. He stepped back again but this time he almost lost his balance but fortunately he didn't fall. That mysterious guy was already an inches away from him but still he can't see his face and only darkness was upon his eyes. Kanata jolted when he suddenly laughed.
"KANATA…NARUSAWA, SEEING THAT YOU ARE RUNNING AWAY MEANS YOU KNEW… WHO I AM AREN'T YOU?" he heard him asked. It was an unfamiliar voice for Kanata but he sounded like he knew him already hearing the fact that he knew his full name. "YES… I AM… A DEATH GOD." he whispered in Kanata's right ear with a little devilish smirked at the end.
Kanata gasped upon hearing that but he was sure that he was not a real death god or he might be. That guy that was talking to him is no other than the 'caller' that planned on killing everyone that have connection towards Sakura's death. His voice is not altered by some voice manipulator machine but the way he talk was the same. Having a strong guess who the guy is, the more fear he was experiencing all over his body and this time he can't move his own self anymore. He was bounded by an invisible chain that restrict him from going away, he was like a prey captured by a predator who is ready to devour him whole.
"DID YOU ENJOY KILLING SAKURA?" he asked in a serious yet obviously intimidating manner.
Kanata gasped for a second time. He heard Sakura's name again and it showed him recollection of the past. The voices inside his head, Sakura's voice when he was rejected by her and her voice when she was experiencing too much pain. He can't stop the shaking of his body as fear engulfed him whole. If the caller is just in front of him then it means it's his time to die, that is his intention in the first place why he was calling them… everything is to take revenge for Sakura's death.
"A…are you going to kill me?" he asked in a slow and trembling voice. He squeezed his hand tighter and then kneeled down. "I… I beg you… pl...please spare my life. I… I… I don't want to die." Kanata begged while tears started to fall from his eyes. He even nodded down, his head already hit the floor and he keep on repeating the words to spare his life. He knows he look so shameless asking for it but he didn't want to die, he was too young to die.
"I AM SURE...SAKURA SAID THE SAME THING RIGHT? SHE BEGGED FOR YOU TO SPARE HER LIFE, TO NOT KILL HER, TO NOT END HER LIFE… BUT WHAT DID YOU DO? TELL ME WITH YOUR OWN VOICE WHAT HAPPENED TO HER?"
"W...we….we still killed her." Kanata answered softly then he raised his head lightly "I… I apologized… I'm sorry… I'm sorry for what we did." he cried pathetically.
"DESPITE KNOWING THAT YOU STILL WANTED TO BE SPARE? WHAT DO YOU THINK THE WORLD IS? A HEAVEN WHERE EVERYTHING IS FORGIVEN EASILY? COME ON… YOU FREAKING KILLED SOMEONE AND YOU STILL WANTED TO LIVE… SHE BEGGED FOR HER LIFE LIKE HOW YOU ARE DOING IT NOW… WHAT IF I HAVE A MIND SET LIKE YOU ALL HAVE THAT NIGHT? YOU THINK… I WILL STOP HERE AND GO AWAY AND SAY 'YEAH… YOU'RE FORGIVEN'. WHAT AM I A RETARD?"
"Bu…but… it's her fault."
"WHAT?"
"It's her fault why we did that to her." Kanata confessed. "Blazerz… she ruined the future of our group. She spilled the truth which she promised to keep. She was the one who do the first move why we did that to her… it's her own fault…. It's her own fault but… but why is it we need to suffer the punishment? Yeah… why? Why do we need to die when she definitely deserved it?" he asked as he stand up on his knee and glared at the guy in front of him. "She was an evil woman who doesn't care how many people she will step on just to achieved what she wanted. She doesn't care in what terms and conditions as long as the end will be in her advantage. She loves playing with other people, toying with their feelings. You're wasting your time taking revenge for a woman like her… she didn't deserved such treatment." he added and this time he was so confident in his words.
"SAKURA WAS NOT THE ONE WHO TELL THE TRUTH TO YOUR MANAGER… SHE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO DESTROY BLAZERZ."
"You liar!" he shouted back instantly. It was the first time that he heard what the guy said. Maybe it was just a lie and he was using it to trouble him more.
"I AM NOT LYING…YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT RIGHT? YOU KNEW HOW MUCH SAKURA LOVES BLAZERZ AND THERE'S NO WAY SHE WILL DO SOMETHING TO DESTROY THE GROUP THAT WAS SO PRECIOUS FOR HER."
Yes, the 'caller' was right. Kanata knew how much Sakura loves the group. When she won the auditioned, the smile on her face was so priceless. When she first performed with the whole group her heart and soul was jumping in joy. If there are people who are talking trash about the group she make sure she defended Blazerz even it made her look like the bad girl. She is willing to do everything for the group, she can sacrificed everything for it, that's how much she love the group. Kanata knew that all along because he was always… always looking at her, watching her movements even it's just small. Every minute, every hour and every day… even he was rejected he still continued adoring her. His love remained just a one sided one. All those thousands of glance he was waiting for a time that when he was looking at her from a far she will also look back but it never happened… even ones.
He knew about what Sakura felt towards Blazerz but still he blamed her for the disbandment of the group. Everything just goes on so fast and he never tried to analyzed what was happening that day. One day it just shoved directly into his face that it was Sakura who told their manager about the drugs, besides she was the only one who knew the truth about them taking drugs and selling it. And then she just go with the flow of the others, they planned on killing her and then they killed her. When he was stabbing her everything just burst out like why didn't Sakura choose him? Why can't she love him? If only she did then things will not end like that, he can save her, he can protect her but he didn't because he has no reason to do it anymore.
But what is the 'caller' trying to tell him? What if Sakura loves the group? If she did why did she destroy it with her own hand… why did she tell the truth to their management? Or maybe… it was not her. Because everything goes so fast he didn't bother analyzing it thoroughly but thinking it that time he realized that there is no proof that she did it. Also when they were raping her she keep on telling them that it was not her who told the management. It was not her who spilled the truth.
"I… It...it's not her?" Kanata gasped.
"YOU JUST REALIZE?" the 'caller' responded instantly.
Kanata's world crumbled slowly in front of him as he realized the truth. He loss the strength of his lower body and so he kneel down. The guy in the black clothing leave him alone which in the same time a nurse came walking. Kanata started murmuring until he continued laughing and then it slowly change into cries. The nurse who passed by was freak out with what Kanata was doing as if he looks like he loss it.

"What do you need from me sensei?" Kota asked Yuya as they were all alone together in his office. After his class to him he asked Kota to go to his office that afternoon to talk about something. It might be related to the project that he wanted him to pass but he never started yet. He think that he still have time to do it and so he just let it be for a moment.
"I change my mind… I will not let you pass those projects again." Yuya told him directly.
"Why?"
"I'll give you a new work to do instead of that." Yuya continued. "Actually our department needs some help in compiling some stuffs in the store room and we need some help to do that. You just need to record the folders and file them in an alphabetical order. I will consider that as a compensation for not passing your project. The other faculty member agreed with that so I have confirmation from everyone." he explained.
"Well… I guess it was better than doing that complicated project." Kota answered.
"You may start today… I have a feeling that it will take 3 days to do everything."
"3 days? H…how many folders are you talking about?" Kota asked but Yuya just smiled back to him. Yuya stand up and get his bag. "I'll bring you there… follow me." he said.
While walking in the corridor there were lots of girls greeting Yuya. He was really popular because he looks young and handsome and he was really a great professor. "Sensei already have a girlfriend?" Kota asked.
"Curious?" Yuya asked him.
"Sort of… you kind of emit an aura that you were already taken and dating someone and so the girls who were hitting you looks pitiable." Kota explained. He noticed that from his girl classmate who feels frustrated because they think that he was already taken. "I even heard that you were living with her."
Yuya chuckled and that made Kota puzzled. "So Daiki is considered a 'her' now huh…"
"Daiki? Who is that?"
"I am living with someone but it was not a girl. It was a boy and his name was Daiki Arioka. We are close friends and our parents were so close to each other but since his parents already died my family take him in." Yuya explained but hearing that it was Daiki Arioka, Kota was surprised.
"I didn't know that you have relationship with Daiki."
"You know him?" Yuya asked.
"Y…yeah… kind of… we attended the same high school and so I knew him but we are in different class so I am not really close to him." Kota answered honestly.
"But Daiki is already in third year and you are in first year and so… you stop going to school?" Yuya asked curiously.
"Yeah… kinda… it's a long story so I can't tell the things in detail. Something just happened that made me stop from studying." Kota explained. He can't believe that he was having a normal conversation to his teacher. He felt like Yuya was just a friend since he have the same height to him or maybe he was taller by centimeters and their age gap was not that far.
"Now I'm curious to know the reason behind." Yuya said. They finally reached the storeroom that he was talking about he open it using his key. Kota saw all the filing cabinet and some folders that were scattered all over the place. It was really a mess and it really needs tidying up. "So what do you think?" Yuya asked him.
"Well I guess you are right… I need 3 or more days to do everything." Kota answered back, Yuya just smiled. While the two were looking around Kota's phone ring and it was Kanata's number that he thought was already gone. He answered the call immediately thinking that it was maybe an emergency or something.
"Kanata? What's wrong?" he asked attentively.
"We killed a wrong person." Kanata started his voice doesn't sound good. "Sakura didn't do it… she was not the one who tell the manager about us." he continued.
"Huh? Wh…what are you talking about?" he tried to clear what he just heard which sounded confusing for him.
"Kota… I killed the girl that I love so much." Kanata cried. "I… I don't have any right to live anymore."
Kota's eyes grew wide when he heard what Kanata said. He have a bad feeling about what he was talking about. With the sound of Kanata's voice and the background noise that he was hearing he can tell that he was outside of his hospital room. "Hoy… Kanata…don't do anything reckless…" he told him trying to persuade him of what he was planning to do. The first thing that comes out of Kota's mind was Kanata trying to commit suicide. "Stay there in the hospital… I'm going there. I'll listen to you okay…I’m going to listen to whatever you will going to say so… just wait for me. Wait for me." he said but he didn't turned the phone off and he started to run. He excused himself to Yuya who was wondering what was going on but his student didn't bother to answer.
Kota run towards the hospital but still trying to talk to Kanata but since he was running as fast as he can he can't talk that much. He knew he need to do something so that Kanata will not think of anything nonsense but that time his mind is not functioning well. All he think was to make it to the hospital and see him because he have a really bad feeling about it. It was his first time hearing Kanata saying that he was in love with Sakura, he never knew about it at all and what do he mean that they killed the wrong person?
As he finally reached the hospital he saw lots of people gathered in one part of the hospital and everyone was staring above. He also looked up and he saw someone standing at the edge and ready to jump of. There is no doubt that it was Kanata and even he prayed so hard that what he was thinking was wrong it didn't happened. "Kanata… please don’t do this." he told him on the phone. Kota was already inside the hospital and planned on using the elevator but it was so slow and so he used the staircase already and climb up but because he run to his university towards the hospital he was already too tired and exhausted and his breathe was heavy and deep.
"I… I don't want to live anymore." Kanata said on the phone and that was the last words Kota heard from Kanata because he already ended the call. Kota tried to dialed it again but it was out of reached already. Even Kota was too tired already he still tried to climb the 10 story building just to reach Kanata but when he was on his 5th floor his phone ring again and he immediately answered it thinking that it might be Kanata but he was wrong.
"YO."
It was the 'caller's' voice.
"TIME'S UP… FOR YOU AND FOR KANATA."
"Yo… are you the reason behind this?" Kota asked while trying to catch his breathe. "Yo...You're the one who made Kanata think this way right?"
"WHO ELSE? WHAT A NICE SIGHT… I CAN SEE KANATA FROM HERE READY TO SAY GOODBYE TO THIS WORLD."
"You jerk… what did you tell Kanata to make him think that way?" Kota asked him while doing his best to climb the stairs but both his feet were already numb and climbing the stairs is already so hard. "Leave us alone dammit."
"I GIVE YOU TIME TO DO YOUR ASSIGNMENT… DO YOU KNOW ALREADY WHO I AM?"
"That is not enough time."
"YES IT WAS… IF YOU JUST USE IT WISELY. IT SEEMS LIKE YOU DIDN'T KNOW WHO I AM YET AND SO… YOU KNOW WHAT THIS MEAN, AREN'T YOU?"
"I will not let Kanata die." Kota told him.
"YES YOU WON'T… BUT WHAT ELSE CAN YOU DO WHEN HE IS THE ONE WHO LIKES TO KILL HIMSELF THE MOST? WORDS WILL NOT REACH HIM ANYMORE. HE LOSS IT AND YOU CAN'T SAVE HIM. IT'S YOUR FAULT KOTA… IT'S YOUR FAULT WHY HE WILL DIE… BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME. SORRY BUT… IT'S GAME OVER FOR KANATA NARUSAWA."
Kota reached the 6th floor but when he glanced at the window he saw a shadow that comes down from the top and then after that he just heard voices shouting from the first floor. The call already ended and Kota slowly walk towards the window to see what just happened. He look up high but Kanata who he just saw there a moment ago was not there anymore. He slowly look down where people started to panic and that time he saw someone lying facing the ground.
He hold tightly on the corner of the window and then he decided to move downstairs but he bump into someone who was also trying to go downstairs but he didn't apologized and just continue with his plan. That guy was wearing a total black clothing with a hood covering his head.

It's the first deathXD Kanata died the same way as i did it in the original one. You can tell by this chapter that it is really starting... you know the revenge thing of what this 'caller' is plotting to do. i hope you like it and enjoyed it.
5 days to go and it's Christmas. My sisters are all here and we are planning to go to church for "Simbang Gabi" tomorrow and we also plan to do some jogging near the beachXD Time for some fresh air lol. Planning for what to cook for the Christmas Eve is hard... we wanted something new but it's kind of risky thinking what if we fail and it doesn't turned out good... then food wasted. Oh well... at least my family is complete with us 4 siblings.

"It's me… it's only me Narusawa-san." the nurse said. "There is a phone call for you in the public phone. It said that it was your big brother and he wanted to talk to you."
"Brother? My brother is calling?" he asked.
"Yeah… that is what he said. He contact your number and so he called the public phone. Do you want me to accompany you? The light in the telephone booth area was broken and the electrician was not around and so the place was kind of dark." the nurse said.
"No need… I'll go on my own."
"Alright… I'll just lean you a flashlight." she told him.
Kanata instantly walk towards the telephone booth where the nurse told him to go and after that he was leave all alone. He was not expecting that the area was really dark and it's kind of scary to be all alone but he already said that he can do it and so he need to stick to his words besides he really wanted to talk to his brother who was working in other country and he was the one who was his closest with among the family members.
He doesn't really have a good relationship with his family and it was also his fault since he was the black sheep. The family knew that he was taking drugs and they didn't want it. They told him to stop but he can't do it. Only brother was his only hope in the family. He can understand him well better than anyone else and he support him to everything that he do in his life. He even congratulate him when he entered Blazerz. But few months ago his communication to him was gone. His mother said that his brother was too busy working because he will marry soon. And so now that he called he was excited to hear his voice again.
He reached booth 3 where the nurse told him the call was coming. He hold on to the receiver and started to talk "Brother… Ca…can you… can you get me away from here? Can you bring me with you already? I… I don't want to stay in this place anymore… I don't want to be in this country anymore. Please.. i…I'll do anything that you want me to do… I'll stop taking drugs just… just take me away from this place." he said continuously. He will go crazy if he continue staying in that country. The shadow of the past will keep on bothering him and so in order to stop that he need to run away… move away from the country where everything started. "Brother… are you there? Why are you not answering?" he asked when no one was replying from the other line.
"SO YOU WANT TO ESCAPE HUH?"
Kanata freaked out when he heard a familiar devilish voice. He let go of the handle and then back off as he started trembling again. He was already mentally exhausted after dealing with everything and now he can't think of the right thing to do and the only thing inside his mind was to run away. He didn't want to talk to that 'caller' when every words that comes out of his mouth sucks all the sanity that Kanata have left. Only hearing his voice already push him to the edge and few more will totally leave him falling into darkness already.
Leaving the phone hanging, Kanata struggle to escape the dark corridor. Because of fear, both his foot felt heavy and his breathe started to go faster and in chaos. He was to the point of reaching the side of the corridor where there is lighting when a guy in an all black suits and have a hood to cover his head blocked his way. Kanata immediately run away to the other side even not knowing who it was. In his eyes everyone looks suspicious to him and he can't trust anyone anymore. As he reached the other end, that guy was there again like he teleported from his old position to the new. His eyes was so hide and jaw was about to drop thinking how it happened. He stepped back slowly, still planning to escape. His whole body was trembling and his heart beat was in disaster.
The guy in hood step closer to him as he step further away from him. Kanata has no idea what was going on but his own self was telling him to escape. He wanted to call for help but for some reason his voice back off when he badly needed it. He stepped back again but this time he almost lost his balance but fortunately he didn't fall. That mysterious guy was already an inches away from him but still he can't see his face and only darkness was upon his eyes. Kanata jolted when he suddenly laughed.
"KANATA…NARUSAWA, SEEING THAT YOU ARE RUNNING AWAY MEANS YOU KNEW… WHO I AM AREN'T YOU?" he heard him asked. It was an unfamiliar voice for Kanata but he sounded like he knew him already hearing the fact that he knew his full name. "YES… I AM… A DEATH GOD." he whispered in Kanata's right ear with a little devilish smirked at the end.
Kanata gasped upon hearing that but he was sure that he was not a real death god or he might be. That guy that was talking to him is no other than the 'caller' that planned on killing everyone that have connection towards Sakura's death. His voice is not altered by some voice manipulator machine but the way he talk was the same. Having a strong guess who the guy is, the more fear he was experiencing all over his body and this time he can't move his own self anymore. He was bounded by an invisible chain that restrict him from going away, he was like a prey captured by a predator who is ready to devour him whole.
"DID YOU ENJOY KILLING SAKURA?" he asked in a serious yet obviously intimidating manner.
Kanata gasped for a second time. He heard Sakura's name again and it showed him recollection of the past. The voices inside his head, Sakura's voice when he was rejected by her and her voice when she was experiencing too much pain. He can't stop the shaking of his body as fear engulfed him whole. If the caller is just in front of him then it means it's his time to die, that is his intention in the first place why he was calling them… everything is to take revenge for Sakura's death.
"A…are you going to kill me?" he asked in a slow and trembling voice. He squeezed his hand tighter and then kneeled down. "I… I beg you… pl...please spare my life. I… I… I don't want to die." Kanata begged while tears started to fall from his eyes. He even nodded down, his head already hit the floor and he keep on repeating the words to spare his life. He knows he look so shameless asking for it but he didn't want to die, he was too young to die.
"I AM SURE...SAKURA SAID THE SAME THING RIGHT? SHE BEGGED FOR YOU TO SPARE HER LIFE, TO NOT KILL HER, TO NOT END HER LIFE… BUT WHAT DID YOU DO? TELL ME WITH YOUR OWN VOICE WHAT HAPPENED TO HER?"
"W...we….we still killed her." Kanata answered softly then he raised his head lightly "I… I apologized… I'm sorry… I'm sorry for what we did." he cried pathetically.
"DESPITE KNOWING THAT YOU STILL WANTED TO BE SPARE? WHAT DO YOU THINK THE WORLD IS? A HEAVEN WHERE EVERYTHING IS FORGIVEN EASILY? COME ON… YOU FREAKING KILLED SOMEONE AND YOU STILL WANTED TO LIVE… SHE BEGGED FOR HER LIFE LIKE HOW YOU ARE DOING IT NOW… WHAT IF I HAVE A MIND SET LIKE YOU ALL HAVE THAT NIGHT? YOU THINK… I WILL STOP HERE AND GO AWAY AND SAY 'YEAH… YOU'RE FORGIVEN'. WHAT AM I A RETARD?"
"Bu…but… it's her fault."
"WHAT?"
"It's her fault why we did that to her." Kanata confessed. "Blazerz… she ruined the future of our group. She spilled the truth which she promised to keep. She was the one who do the first move why we did that to her… it's her own fault…. It's her own fault but… but why is it we need to suffer the punishment? Yeah… why? Why do we need to die when she definitely deserved it?" he asked as he stand up on his knee and glared at the guy in front of him. "She was an evil woman who doesn't care how many people she will step on just to achieved what she wanted. She doesn't care in what terms and conditions as long as the end will be in her advantage. She loves playing with other people, toying with their feelings. You're wasting your time taking revenge for a woman like her… she didn't deserved such treatment." he added and this time he was so confident in his words.
"SAKURA WAS NOT THE ONE WHO TELL THE TRUTH TO YOUR MANAGER… SHE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO DESTROY BLAZERZ."
"You liar!" he shouted back instantly. It was the first time that he heard what the guy said. Maybe it was just a lie and he was using it to trouble him more.
"I AM NOT LYING…YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT RIGHT? YOU KNEW HOW MUCH SAKURA LOVES BLAZERZ AND THERE'S NO WAY SHE WILL DO SOMETHING TO DESTROY THE GROUP THAT WAS SO PRECIOUS FOR HER."
Yes, the 'caller' was right. Kanata knew how much Sakura loves the group. When she won the auditioned, the smile on her face was so priceless. When she first performed with the whole group her heart and soul was jumping in joy. If there are people who are talking trash about the group she make sure she defended Blazerz even it made her look like the bad girl. She is willing to do everything for the group, she can sacrificed everything for it, that's how much she love the group. Kanata knew that all along because he was always… always looking at her, watching her movements even it's just small. Every minute, every hour and every day… even he was rejected he still continued adoring her. His love remained just a one sided one. All those thousands of glance he was waiting for a time that when he was looking at her from a far she will also look back but it never happened… even ones.
He knew about what Sakura felt towards Blazerz but still he blamed her for the disbandment of the group. Everything just goes on so fast and he never tried to analyzed what was happening that day. One day it just shoved directly into his face that it was Sakura who told their manager about the drugs, besides she was the only one who knew the truth about them taking drugs and selling it. And then she just go with the flow of the others, they planned on killing her and then they killed her. When he was stabbing her everything just burst out like why didn't Sakura choose him? Why can't she love him? If only she did then things will not end like that, he can save her, he can protect her but he didn't because he has no reason to do it anymore.
But what is the 'caller' trying to tell him? What if Sakura loves the group? If she did why did she destroy it with her own hand… why did she tell the truth to their management? Or maybe… it was not her. Because everything goes so fast he didn't bother analyzing it thoroughly but thinking it that time he realized that there is no proof that she did it. Also when they were raping her she keep on telling them that it was not her who told the management. It was not her who spilled the truth.
"I… It...it's not her?" Kanata gasped.
"YOU JUST REALIZE?" the 'caller' responded instantly.
Kanata's world crumbled slowly in front of him as he realized the truth. He loss the strength of his lower body and so he kneel down. The guy in the black clothing leave him alone which in the same time a nurse came walking. Kanata started murmuring until he continued laughing and then it slowly change into cries. The nurse who passed by was freak out with what Kanata was doing as if he looks like he loss it.

"What do you need from me sensei?" Kota asked Yuya as they were all alone together in his office. After his class to him he asked Kota to go to his office that afternoon to talk about something. It might be related to the project that he wanted him to pass but he never started yet. He think that he still have time to do it and so he just let it be for a moment.
"I change my mind… I will not let you pass those projects again." Yuya told him directly.
"Why?"
"I'll give you a new work to do instead of that." Yuya continued. "Actually our department needs some help in compiling some stuffs in the store room and we need some help to do that. You just need to record the folders and file them in an alphabetical order. I will consider that as a compensation for not passing your project. The other faculty member agreed with that so I have confirmation from everyone." he explained.
"Well… I guess it was better than doing that complicated project." Kota answered.
"You may start today… I have a feeling that it will take 3 days to do everything."
"3 days? H…how many folders are you talking about?" Kota asked but Yuya just smiled back to him. Yuya stand up and get his bag. "I'll bring you there… follow me." he said.
While walking in the corridor there were lots of girls greeting Yuya. He was really popular because he looks young and handsome and he was really a great professor. "Sensei already have a girlfriend?" Kota asked.
"Curious?" Yuya asked him.
"Sort of… you kind of emit an aura that you were already taken and dating someone and so the girls who were hitting you looks pitiable." Kota explained. He noticed that from his girl classmate who feels frustrated because they think that he was already taken. "I even heard that you were living with her."
Yuya chuckled and that made Kota puzzled. "So Daiki is considered a 'her' now huh…"
"Daiki? Who is that?"
"I am living with someone but it was not a girl. It was a boy and his name was Daiki Arioka. We are close friends and our parents were so close to each other but since his parents already died my family take him in." Yuya explained but hearing that it was Daiki Arioka, Kota was surprised.
"I didn't know that you have relationship with Daiki."
"You know him?" Yuya asked.
"Y…yeah… kind of… we attended the same high school and so I knew him but we are in different class so I am not really close to him." Kota answered honestly.
"But Daiki is already in third year and you are in first year and so… you stop going to school?" Yuya asked curiously.
"Yeah… kinda… it's a long story so I can't tell the things in detail. Something just happened that made me stop from studying." Kota explained. He can't believe that he was having a normal conversation to his teacher. He felt like Yuya was just a friend since he have the same height to him or maybe he was taller by centimeters and their age gap was not that far.
"Now I'm curious to know the reason behind." Yuya said. They finally reached the storeroom that he was talking about he open it using his key. Kota saw all the filing cabinet and some folders that were scattered all over the place. It was really a mess and it really needs tidying up. "So what do you think?" Yuya asked him.
"Well I guess you are right… I need 3 or more days to do everything." Kota answered back, Yuya just smiled. While the two were looking around Kota's phone ring and it was Kanata's number that he thought was already gone. He answered the call immediately thinking that it was maybe an emergency or something.
"Kanata? What's wrong?" he asked attentively.
"We killed a wrong person." Kanata started his voice doesn't sound good. "Sakura didn't do it… she was not the one who tell the manager about us." he continued.
"Huh? Wh…what are you talking about?" he tried to clear what he just heard which sounded confusing for him.
"Kota… I killed the girl that I love so much." Kanata cried. "I… I don't have any right to live anymore."
Kota's eyes grew wide when he heard what Kanata said. He have a bad feeling about what he was talking about. With the sound of Kanata's voice and the background noise that he was hearing he can tell that he was outside of his hospital room. "Hoy… Kanata…don't do anything reckless…" he told him trying to persuade him of what he was planning to do. The first thing that comes out of Kota's mind was Kanata trying to commit suicide. "Stay there in the hospital… I'm going there. I'll listen to you okay…I’m going to listen to whatever you will going to say so… just wait for me. Wait for me." he said but he didn't turned the phone off and he started to run. He excused himself to Yuya who was wondering what was going on but his student didn't bother to answer.
Kota run towards the hospital but still trying to talk to Kanata but since he was running as fast as he can he can't talk that much. He knew he need to do something so that Kanata will not think of anything nonsense but that time his mind is not functioning well. All he think was to make it to the hospital and see him because he have a really bad feeling about it. It was his first time hearing Kanata saying that he was in love with Sakura, he never knew about it at all and what do he mean that they killed the wrong person?
As he finally reached the hospital he saw lots of people gathered in one part of the hospital and everyone was staring above. He also looked up and he saw someone standing at the edge and ready to jump of. There is no doubt that it was Kanata and even he prayed so hard that what he was thinking was wrong it didn't happened. "Kanata… please don’t do this." he told him on the phone. Kota was already inside the hospital and planned on using the elevator but it was so slow and so he used the staircase already and climb up but because he run to his university towards the hospital he was already too tired and exhausted and his breathe was heavy and deep.
"I… I don't want to live anymore." Kanata said on the phone and that was the last words Kota heard from Kanata because he already ended the call. Kota tried to dialed it again but it was out of reached already. Even Kota was too tired already he still tried to climb the 10 story building just to reach Kanata but when he was on his 5th floor his phone ring again and he immediately answered it thinking that it might be Kanata but he was wrong.
"YO."
It was the 'caller's' voice.
"TIME'S UP… FOR YOU AND FOR KANATA."
"Yo… are you the reason behind this?" Kota asked while trying to catch his breathe. "Yo...You're the one who made Kanata think this way right?"
"WHO ELSE? WHAT A NICE SIGHT… I CAN SEE KANATA FROM HERE READY TO SAY GOODBYE TO THIS WORLD."
"You jerk… what did you tell Kanata to make him think that way?" Kota asked him while doing his best to climb the stairs but both his feet were already numb and climbing the stairs is already so hard. "Leave us alone dammit."
"I GIVE YOU TIME TO DO YOUR ASSIGNMENT… DO YOU KNOW ALREADY WHO I AM?"
"That is not enough time."
"YES IT WAS… IF YOU JUST USE IT WISELY. IT SEEMS LIKE YOU DIDN'T KNOW WHO I AM YET AND SO… YOU KNOW WHAT THIS MEAN, AREN'T YOU?"
"I will not let Kanata die." Kota told him.
"YES YOU WON'T… BUT WHAT ELSE CAN YOU DO WHEN HE IS THE ONE WHO LIKES TO KILL HIMSELF THE MOST? WORDS WILL NOT REACH HIM ANYMORE. HE LOSS IT AND YOU CAN'T SAVE HIM. IT'S YOUR FAULT KOTA… IT'S YOUR FAULT WHY HE WILL DIE… BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME. SORRY BUT… IT'S GAME OVER FOR KANATA NARUSAWA."
Kota reached the 6th floor but when he glanced at the window he saw a shadow that comes down from the top and then after that he just heard voices shouting from the first floor. The call already ended and Kota slowly walk towards the window to see what just happened. He look up high but Kanata who he just saw there a moment ago was not there anymore. He slowly look down where people started to panic and that time he saw someone lying facing the ground.
He hold tightly on the corner of the window and then he decided to move downstairs but he bump into someone who was also trying to go downstairs but he didn't apologized and just continue with his plan. That guy was wearing a total black clothing with a hood covering his head.
Author's Note: Just finished fixing this but didn't edited it for wrong spelling and the likes so sorry if there is. I just wanted to post it instantly. It's the first deathXD Kanata died the same way as i did it in the original one. You can tell by this chapter that it is really starting... you know the revenge thing of what this 'caller' is plotting to do. i hope you like it and enjoyed it.
5 days to go and it's Christmas. My sisters are all here and we are planning to go to church for "Simbang Gabi" tomorrow and we also plan to do some jogging near the beachXD Time for some fresh air lol. Planning for what to cook for the Christmas Eve is hard... we wanted something new but it's kind of risky thinking what if we fail and it doesn't turned out good... then food wasted. Oh well... at least my family is complete with us 4 siblings.
