I did a TFCD for an online publication last year right? Business wear. The ONE image they used, was on the site for ONE week.  I understood I had to WAIT for them to post images, but then I was supposed to get at least ONE image for my portfolio right? WRONG

I'm sorry, he doesn't get to play victim. Even if what he said was true (and that's a big IF), the fact is yes he had to wait until the pic was published but once it was, he had a responsibility to get you a copy.

He failed to do so. He didn't back up his work (which is something I always do) and the fault lies with him. So he needs to accept the responsibility and move on.

But he doesn't get to get mad about the rating.

I am a basic person and I thought, you didn't keep a copy for yourself? In the digital age, WTF does that?

And it's just for my portfolio, oh so since it wasn't booty in yo face with dental floss, of COURSE you didn't keep a copy.

Oh I don't desire to work with you because you don't pay and you haven't even BOTHERED to contact me for anything else, so WTF?

Sad thing, he's got decent work, so I'm disappointed.

I thought I was tweaking at some point regarding this, but now that he's confirmed the bullshit, nice to know I'm not out of it.

How about he gets NO response because it will only cause FURTHER unnecessary contact.
