Doubtful unfortunately. Someone's personal politics doesn't have anything to do with possible legal action. SA's still spooked by the threat to their own liability.

I kinda think the liability thing is a smokescreen. If they left the journals of real molesters up - they'd be liable. But so many of the suspensions are ludicrous - Japanese fashion? Nabokov? I can't believe that any such case would make it through a courtroom door. I think what really spooked them was the threat to go to the advertisers.
