Oh my god, this is completely beautiful. :D

Bucky's sigh was enough to rearrange Steve's cowlick.

AND

The new clarity of Steve's eyes was visible even from the outside; their soft hue had always been that of the first brave crocus to push its head out of the ground

Augh, so many lovely lines in this. I love the metaphor of clarity and sight threaded through it.
