OK, here goes. I may be wrong on some of these.
01.) Full name? Renee Montoya
02.) Best friend? Crispus Allen (deceased); Charlie Victor Szasz (deceased); currently the closest thing is Kate Kane
03.) Sexuality? Lesbian. 5 or 6; probably 6
04.) Favorite color? Iiiii think she likes purple. Really deep, Tokyo Purple.
05.) Relationship status? It's complicated, with Kate.
06.) Ideal mate? Oooh boy.
Someone who can keep Renee's violent and alcoholic tendencies in check, but who understands the fight she has to fight. Someone who can keep her thinking and who can calm her down. Someone who can yinnify her yang. Kate's not a developed enough character for me to be sure if it's her, sadly. Someone like Dee, but with better understanding of the mission.
07.) Turn-ons? Security.

Renee dated a guy in the Coast Guard back in the 90s. I think he died in Contagion. In Gotham Central, Bullock comments about the guy "being a beard." I suspect that most of what you say in #19 fits this, in retrospect.

Someone whose not intimidated by her (I'm sensing a pattern) but is appropriately awesome. Someone with a lot of patience and dedication to his art, whatever that art is. A builder. Who makes her laugh an awful lot and who genuinely cares for her.
