35 [Accidental Video]

[The PCD turns on as it hits the snow to show Zuko landing hard on his back with a groan. It takes him a moment or two, but he rolls to his feet quickly, pushing his palms forward with a hiss, towards the unidentified creature off screen

[Shit. Shit, shit, this is bad.]

[A hiss as Zuko slashes forward with his swords to try and get back on his feet -- luckily, he's well-practiced in the art of fighting without his bending.

Some part of his brain recognizes that the PCD is on, but he doesn't take the time to respond, not quite yet. The sandworm is pissed off and it requires his full attention.]

[Zuko manages to slash the worm across the belly, causing the beast to back up with a roar, giving him the time he needs to get to his feet.]

[No response quite yet -- Zuko is slashing as hard as he can towards the worm, to get himself some space between himself and the worm.]

Dammit-- Where the hell are you?

Wastelands --

[Zuko ducks the next assault and he stabs forward with both swords.]

The Wastelands, stop Katara from --

[And Katara is already tearing out of the door, running toward the wastelands. She's not sure where the hell he is, exactly, but this fight doesn't look like something he started on purpose.]

Where ARE you?!

People keep asking that like I have time --

[And Zuko slashes as hard as he can to get back onto his feet before he realizes something, stopping the barest moment to turn to the PCD, eyes wide.]

Don't! My bending isn't --

[And that's when the sandworm decides to knock him back into the boulder.]

Send me your coordinates, you idiot, my bending is working just fine!

[So maybe she's shouting a little bit at the PCD as she runs. She's worried out of her mind.]

[Some faint part of Zuko's mind is wondering why the hell Katara's bending works and his doesn't, but he doesn't argue with her, not now --

It's either die or have her help.

He lunges for his PCD and presses the button before rolling onto his back and slashing upwards with his sword as the worm comes in for another strike.]

Zuko! [Obviously his powers aren't working right now. And a sandworm against a steel blade, Raven is not quite sure how long this will work.] Where are you?

[No answer at the moment -- he's too busy fighting off the worm.]

[Meanwhile Raven's flying towards the wasteland, though she's not sure she's going in the right direction. For now she's chosen the general direction of the beach where Zuko had organised that volleyball match the week before.]

Zuko, if you hear me, try to send me your coordinates.

Katara -- is coming --

[Through gritted teeth -- he's fighting it off the best he can.]

[People are already offering help. Too many people will just get in the way and possibly attract more sandworms.]

They're territorial. You're probably near its nest. Don't bother attacking. Just get as far away as possible as quickly as you can.

[But he's trying to get away as quickly as he can -- Al already told him to run.]

[A ridiculous waste of an answer. You don't just give up on running away, Zuko. Even if you fight, it's to push the animal farther back.

But he knows Sasuke left, and he knows where Sasuke's going, so he'll be waiting at the wall for all three of them to get back.]

[Except now Katara is involved, and Sasuke, which means Zuko can no longer run away. Consider that option out, for the time being. He won't leave and let them fight the thing by themselves.

But he'll see you at the wall. More or less in one piece.]
