Yuletide Promotional Post: Queen & Country

Having submitted my nominations for Yuletide, and started to thin up prompts for my request, I figured I should do a series of individual promotional posts, in the unlikely event that one of my requests inspires someone to seek out the original source. And first, obviously, Queen & Country

Why had I not heard of these!?

It's not that well known, which is RIDICULOUS because it's awesome. And apparently due to be made into a movie starring Ellen Page.

Coo! I generally like prose more than comics, so I guess it's novels ahoy.

This made me buy Sandbaggers on DVD, which was good because that series is AWESOME.

Obviously Q+C had me at "Rucka", but I'm really quite excited about the movie which is still trying to get the greenlight. (Ellen Page is the latest to start negotiations to play Tara).
