I think the only possible reaction to the medical stuff is D:. And I'm glad things are on the mend all around.
The Ophelia syndrome actually does sound like a photogenic version of one phase of a dissociative disorder resulting from trauma; I've seen that in my personal experience. The dreamy childishness alternated with other phases, though--depression and anxiety, and manic compulsions. (Details on request.)
Also, I'm glad you like Glee! I do too. It's not... unproblematic, but it's hilarious and the songs are fun and it... well, it tries. love Kurt. And Kurt's DAD. Man. I think the last couple episodes of the season are really strong, so you have that to look forward to.
