For what it's worth: I'm fine. I feel obliged to say this because I know more than a few people were worried.

I mean, right now, I'm suffering from too much free wine and from not-having-left-the-house itis, because I'm supervising a man painting balcony, but honestly, this week I've been much much better. Fine, in fact ( Read more... )

You're most welcome. Hope you enjoy it. ;o)

*snugs a Debi* See, I do occasionally read my flist! I'm glad to see you're doing better. Depending on the money situation (this week has been an Epic Spend. Who knew that stalking Torchwood actors was so damn expensive...) I may well be coming up to London next month, and will hopefully get to see you then. :D?

Incidentally, have you seen this? I'm torn between going 'good on the BBC' and headdesking at the British population. I know they're just the Points of View-complaining population, so roughly equivalent to people who write letters to The Daily Mail, but srsly, people, quit it. With three or four years in retail under my belt, you'd have thought I'd have no more faith in humanity to lose, really...

Might I enquire- curious chap that I am- what this "Sad Club" is? Is it somewhere you go to listen to Nick Cave until you weep, or have I got the concept wrong?

Its where we go and play ludicrously complicated board games until someone sulks.

it is a club in which we are all quite sad and roll dice at each other.

Ahhh, that kind of "sad". Might I ask whether the dice are of the 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 or 20-sided kind?
