It's a plus if you can use it properly. Otherwise, it's a pain. For me, it's quite honestly fifty-fifty - when I can concentrate on work, MAN can I concentrate...but more often than not it's other things that catch my attention.

So, I consider it the other side of the coin, and nothing more than that, really.
