The list. Most people can check all of those things, at least some of the time. Mood swings could be caused by plenty of other things.

I don't like these kinds of sites, because they convince perfectly normal people that they have problems when they don't. Those checklists work in the same way as astrology charts, you concentrate on the bits that fit and ignore the bits that don't.

I do think that you should talk to a therapist, if only to put your mind at rest about whats actually causing your problems.

To quote (from memory) the preface to an "abnormal psyche" textbook I once read: "It's not unusual, and indeed is very normal, to read the descriptions of these illnesses and think that you show symptoms of some of them. But it is only when these symptoms prevent a person from engaging in normal every-day activities that they can be characterized as a mental illness".

I don't know you in person, but from all the things you do and all the places you go, it doesn't sound like whatever you feel is wrong with you is preventing you from living an interesting life. *hugs*
