This is nice. Tony sounds just like himself, and I'm intrigued by the parallels Scott draws with Logan. It's good to see him putting himself back together with some help from a friend.
I'd like to read the story where Scott Summers becomes a supervillain. Or whatever the non-civilians call it.
Oh, awesome. I really love the ending you gave this -- it's nice and decisive, the kind of thing that I doubt Scott would actually be if Tony hadn't dragged it out of him (or forced it on him, depending on your point of view). You draw both characters really excellently (I ENVY your facility with RDJ-sounding Tony dialogue), and this is a great, great AU for Scott in particular. His lack of presence in the second half of X-3 is one of the movie's greatest flaws, and getting to see his reaction is wonderful.
Also, I really love the "wizard calling up the sea" line. It's struck me both times I've read this.

RDJ!Tony's voice was really fun to write. There's a lot of...hmm, energy, I guess, there.

And this comes from someone who hates Iron Man on a basic principle.

"Why do you care?"
"Because if it's all wrong it might explode while I'm flying it over the Pacific Ocean."
