[two things]

1. Racetrack just bit the hell out of my hand. If anyone would like to adopt a cat, I am totally giving her away.

2. Does anyone have good versions of the song "Shenandoah"? I have a craving.

racetrack is a terrorist, let there be rock

Tonight I bandaged Alias' paw trying to keep the bacitracin on it. She was shaking it to get it off and she punched me right in the eye!

I told you! Cats + costumes = SLOW AND PAINFUL DEATH.

You mean other than Bruce? No, but it's one of the first songs I remember as a child. I had a crush on a guy in an old Western called Wagon Train, and he sang it on a UK variety show one time. That's more than you ever needed to know, eh?

How about I trade you my deaf and annoyingly loud version for your vicious one?

Hold on a sec. I do have another version. (What? I have over 500 CDs, I can't remember every track on every one of them.) It's on a folk CD called Rogue's Gallery - just one rogue, apparently, so it must be a small gallery, and is by Richard Greene and the charmingly monickered Jack Shit. I don't even remember what it's like. I'll send it over in a while, if you like.

[Later] No, never mind, it turns out to be an instrumental, no wonder I didn't remember it. Most of the rest of my folkie stuff is British, not American.
