Woah. Just when you think it's better, *smack* in comes the start to this chapter. Your descriptions are just... frag, wow. I've said it before, but once again, I just LOVE how you have different senses for how they feel for each other. Lighting, and then the colour, which works so nicely here. And the ending line, beautiful.

Sorry about the angst hit at the start, I don't really do fluff very well.

I'm glad you like it, I had a lot of fun playing with perspectives and language in these and it's good to know that it worked out as well for other people as it did in my head.

Wonderfully (and painfully) descriptive, and I found the correlation between the color of Jazz' world, the melting pain, and Prowl very evocative. Nicely done.

I'm glad it made such an impression, it's a lot looser in style than my normal stuff and I wasn't sure if it worked ok for other people.
