Okay, so I'm trying to make this my primary fic lj but the transition's rather difficult. This is an old fic that's been posted in FFnet for a while, but I thought I'll put it here for the people who for one reason or another may not like going through that archive.

I've read them both already. I was waiting for you to post it on LJ so that I can comment it here instead. ^_~

Again, you do so well with cultural descriptions. You make it come alive so wonderfully. So long as you keep it POV, and the dialogue to a minimum, it's beautiful, and the scenery makes me jealous. I cannot do long scenery, nor can I describe things very well.

You make the contrast so poignant in both chapters. I can feel their anger. It's such a contrast to your other AU fics, which both have Hohenheim portrayed as more good than the obvious bad here. The theme is also very well weaved, that of the importance of freedom. I think you were able to hone in on Ed's inner wanderlust and need for justice very well. You also created the brother's bond in a nice way through Al.

Very lovely. I just wished there was more.

I lost my original scenario for this fic which is why I can't continue it. I'll have to see later if I get more ideas!
