Shiny Wants and Grails
Hello, all! Long-time collector and lurker here. I've been having some trouble tracking down a few items; and it's past time I actually made a wants post for them. Since these items are pretty rare I'm willing to pay a finder's fee if you can point me in the right direction! Items and info under the cut!
First up! The Shiny Genesect 'High-Speed Flight Form" Keshipoke! This, along with Sylveon, was one of two chase/secret figures in the BW#5 set of Keshipoke figures, released in 2013. This tiny figure has been annoying me for years. I'm interested in the figure as well as any unopened boxes from the set if you happen across them.
Second! The Shiny Snivy Tomy Lottery Plush. This was released back in 2012 alongside Tepig and Oshawott. These guys were lottery items, so there were only 1000 made. The last time I happened upon a Snivy for sale I passed because it seemed overpriced. Of course, I've regretted it since.
Third is definitely more of a grail-level item. This Shiny Magikarp plush was the prize from a twitter lottery/contest by Bandai Namco back in 2017. There is only about 30-50 of them out there. I didn't learn about it's existence until years after the campaign ended. I have since made a twitter account.
My final want is not actually something I think I can get - and I would consider my collection complete without it - a true grail! From July through September 2022 you could participate in a stamp rally in Iwate Prefecture in Japan. This was the fourth rally held in Iwate as part of Pokemon's 'Local Acts'. One of the top prizes for the rally was a shiny Geodude plush hat. It seems that there were only 5 made. There is hope, though! The normal version of the hat was released for the first rally, and a slightly larger number of them is released each year. Fingers crossed that the same happens for the shiny version!
At the moment, these are the only items I am actively searching for. However, I may be interested in flats and misc. items featuring shiny pokemon - the more obscure or rare, the better! I have sales permission, and am up for trades or partial trades (I haven't made a sales post yet, but I'll link it when I do). Thank you for reading!
