Sorry you had a bad day ... glad the ficlet helped. I had a challenging day myself, not so much bad as really screwy, so decided that getting the chance to write some mini-pron would be a good reward for finishing up a few things I wanted to procrastinate on.

Only a handful of writers have explored Michael (that I'm aware of) but since he's fantastically conflicted and very much a stranger-in-a-strange land, whether among the humans or the wraith, he's quite fabulous to play with. I've got a longer piece I've been poking at with him off and on over the last year, but it doesn't seem to be gelling out into something publishable. *headdesk*

Read this again, still enjoy it...very nice. There are not a lot of Carson/Michael fics out there, and yay! There are more than just echelon_ga_l and myself! Woohoo!

I'd love to play with them more, but time is short and the bigger-picture inspiration hasn't entirely hit. I've got one long piece where Michael is rather important to the story, but not quite to the extent of being a full-on main character, but it hasn't gotten much further than a couple of chapters and a lot of plotting.
