Never mind overused. These should never be used. Period.

I may seriously injure something if I come across one more Naruto fic that's littered with "he gazed at the pink haired beauty" or "the red headed hottie smirked."

And can you ever ever imagine characters like Gaara or Shikamaru saying stuff like "hey baby" or "I love you babe"? I shudder

There's got to be a better way to describe Sakura as "the pink haired beauty" - I read a fic yesterday where within the 1st chapter alone (and a short one at that), it appeared 4 freaking times. Well, it's possible there was more but I chose to close my browser window rather than find out. -_-;
