I'm sorry to barge into your creative waste dump but I found this and I'm very impressed with it. I don't presume to tell you what's wrong or right with it, but I thought you kept the whole thing just light enough to wallop the point home at the end.

I don't mind your commenting at all - I LOVE comments, to be honest and yours was really kind! I'm so glad you enjoyed it and that you thought it worked, and thank you for the lovely comment!

I was thinking "Hm, I recognise that username..." and I think I remembered where from. Lewis fandom, right? You wrote the lovely Lewis/Hathaway fic where Hathaway writes out a confession and burns it, if I remember rightly. :)

Yes, I did write that fic; you remember rightly. I take it as a compliment that it was remembered. And even if you didn't remember it but had to go back and figure it out, don't disabuse me of my delusions. ^_^
