( Two years ago, Jill came into the office the day after New Years and found Leon face down on a pile of reports. )

And if you check the last volume after Leon is thrown off the ship, while he's in hospital, Jill tells him that the Count died in the explosion. I've taken this to mean that Jill thinks Leon's gone looking for someone who is already dead - and lets face it, if you didn't know he wasn't human, wouldn't you expect him to die in that explosion?

Yeah, I agree. It makes more sense that Jill would believe the Count to be dead. I've always liked Jill - she never gets in the way of the Leon X D thing and she's a 'voice of reason.' It's good to read something from her POV. Thanks!
