Moving Over, not Moving On

I think this latest LJ fuckery is the final straw for me. I am moving to DW and will crosspost to LJ. I will probably change my post settings to "comment on Dreamwidth" since LJ is down more than not lately but I won't do that for a while

I'm the same there as here - meaning I'm lousy coming up with new names.

Something to look forward to on DW, they have a 3 weeks of DW only, encouraging people/comms to celebrate and only post there (generate activity) for 3 weeks. It's coming up at the end of April- with all of LJ's problems lately and with excited new posts on DW coming up people who migrate over there might be pleasantly pleased. Anyhoo I have to run, hit me up privately or on DW if LJ is problematic & you want more info.

I have a DW account (same name) but I never use it, JSYK. And I'm afraid that I very rarely go over there to leave comments. :(

I rarely switch myself but for now I will leave LJ comments open. Since this morning, I have had about a 30% success rate with attempting to get LJ to load, let alone allow me to post. But comments are showing up in my email, which is just.... odd and goes against all the usual LJ silliness.

*hands* I just don't know anymore

Yeah, the DDoS attack is really hurting LJ, I'm impressed they're managing to be up at all given what they're facing. :(
