When he got the message he wasn't that far away, having been in the greenhouse. Not that it would have taken him long to appear anyway, although it does explain why he brings a bit of "greenery/plant" scent with him when he appears. And why he was missing most scarf, coat, and gloves.

After returning from their trip to the warehouses, she'd been trying to help Rock with his shoulder when the message from Crmsn came over the communicator. To say that her mind didn't immediately jump to the frightening idea that Crmsn's disease had finally started to go critical would be untrue. Although Crmsn hadn't looked that bad in the video feed, she still changed immediately to her true form and teleported to the study with Rock in tow.

"Crmsn? What is it!? Is everything okay?"

It took her a second before she realized she needed to rephrase that...and change back to her human form while she was at it.

"What is it, Crmsn?"

Naturally the call had come in at the most inopportune moment, but he was used to that sort of thing by now. True he had been without his shirt on, and bandage wrap half done, but it was hurried to a finish soon enough. After the teleport he tugged his shirt back down the rest of the way, looking up curiously.

"What--" A double glance toward Legato (still wasn't used to that height yet) before looking at Crmsn. "--What's going on?"

Does he want to know why they were together? And Rock was half naked? He really did want to remark...but that...could wait. He takes a brief moment and turns the chair around, causing it to squeak loudly, but he's staring out the window now...this...this was a touchy subject, especially with this group. After a moment he turns back around and looks at them very much ready to talk serious business. His expression says it all.

"...we need to help Bass...and I think I know how..."
