Headgush

It looks like I am going to have to buy a set of handkerchiefs to keep in my pocket -- curmudgeon-style! yippee! -- to daub my head with during summer months when the sweat has nothing to stop if from rolling off my bald head and into my eyes, round my ears, and also into my shirt collar ( Read more... )

getting older, seasons, summer

You know? I'm not sure what all that means exactly. Never took the time to really commit it to memory.

I have to say I like the yellow you're wearing in this picture, though. ;)

Before you do that, look at my post today.

Hahaha! I was just going to get a variously colored variety pack and haphazardly hang some out my left pocket and some out my right. There are so many of those things I am into that surely one of my randomly chosen tuckings would be correct. Maybe I need a calico hankie?

What does it mean that I always hang my wallet chain out of my right pocket? I hope I haven't been falsely advertizing!

It means that you're a big BOTTOM.

Although a butch one.

Hehehe: Well, I wonder if I shouldn't start wearing it strapped into my pits on both sides then so I can be as accurate as possible. :)

Ah yes, the down side of a shaved head. The beads of sweat turn into pearls of sweat which, in turn, become rivulets that run, unimpeded, down the forehead - stinging the eyes and moistening, err... dampening, um... wetting, ahhh... soaking the collar.

Could you help me wring out my soggy collar? I'm having trouble reaching. :)

Well, why don't we just get you out of that damp shirt? You'll be oh so much cooler. And oooh, child, those pants are just a mess... wouldn't you be more comfortable in just your shorts? Oh, but look, they're all damp too.

Evidently, I need air conditioning! After I'm all wrung out, could you escort me to some?

I've been relying on a Packtowel(tm), made for camping where things have to soak up a lot and dry quickly. they don't have the fancy patterns on them but they do come in green and blue so you'd have to look up on a chart to see which one would send the most appropriate message. I have the little "personal" size and carry it discreetly in my man-purse.

Great suggestion! I'll look into it! Besides, I like blues and greens ... despite what they might indicate sexually ... . :)

Oh, I was going to be all kinds of clever and post a pic of you from Halloween with the red do-rag on your head, but the damn thing wouldn't upload. So I'll just say: you look cute in a hankie. And I'm glad you still have the lighter holder, ya old coot. :)
