This is just. cute. And little details make it omgsomuchcuter. Mike rubbing Ryans unprotected side when the are cuddling the first time! I have a weird thing for cuddlebugging. And aimless kissing. Which is possibly the best type of kissing there is.
I need a Tyson of my very own. It is just the fabulousness of your writing that can make me see the characters do and say things exactly as written, even though I have seen the barest minimum of AAR footage. I can see Tyson and Nicks faces in my head. It's pretty nuts. It's making me want a grow a new obsession.
We'll totally take cute! Mike is cuteness personified, and Ryan needs all the endless, aimless kissing there is.
And THANK YOU about the characterization comments. Becuase AAR isn't so ingrained in the bandom, its hard to know what other people think their voices should be, so we just wrote from thecuff based on about 379076452 hours of youtube footage. It's nice that you think we're on target!
you have such a control over your language and you've really roped up all the good words and arranged them perfectly and oh, you make beautiful sentences like this whole section:
This part, Ryan thinks, would be either in long, streamofconsciousness sentences to mirror the way his mind is brimming with thoughts, with feelings that dash about and bump against each other, giddy and terrified and lost and exhilarated and there's no more room left, Ryan can hardly remember where he's going for all the chaos.
Or short ones. Like: Ryan goes into the front lounge.
everything! about that section is just love. Honestly, this whole miniseries is incredible and amazing and i get those ryan-butterflies too when i see you've posted another. I cannot wait for more.
I kinda want to cry over this. Jeez Ryan is just such a dear heart and he's all inocently slutty and then Mike and the waiting and Nyson and Firefly(!) from last chapter and video games from this and Ryan having had enough of swagger and everyone is either gay, on the verge of being gay, or not at all perturbed by the gay. I think Mike woudl be a fun boyfriend. He comes off as a loveable little wacakadoodle when I see little vids like that Coke is Bush and the evil conspiracy to keep Dr. Pepper away fromt he masses. I didn't fully heart him or have any feelings about him really until I saw that. It's nice to see Tyson in a stable healthy relationship although I don't see the real one ever being able to achieve that. Awww Nick is the mother hen sorta. I love Nick. I want to meet him and tell him to his face how awesome he is. Also Jon from Panic diserves that same treatment.

Half way through I thought - okay, I can't picture AAR (because they're not big over here) and so I wikipediaed them. Saw that they did Dirty Little Secret which was TOTALLY a favourite song of mine and therefore I have just purchased Move Along off iTunes. (Damn impulse buying!)
So yeah - porn = record sales! :) This is why bands should support band!slash.
