The three sets of legs is something that just felt right for their movieverse look. It's something they haven't had before now.
I can see that, though if I were to go that route I'd have to argue a closer resemblance to pangolins. Star Wars has Reptavians, you can guess what those are. :D
I really, really, really like movie verse photocat. Do all the green, yellow and red lines glow? And have you been in my head again? 'Cause I've been trying to figure out the dynamics of a six legged cat like creature for a while now.
The unfolded dynametal duck reminds me of that one blasted flying Colossi so much. Wonder how many people unfamiliar with it and were shocked after reaching out to pet the duck, to only have it unfold and float away. And I didn't say this the first time the duck was posted, but the color combination for this is great.
Just the green, so says the TF muse. Though now I'm tempted to have the others do the same... >_> Maaaybe... I did have a weird ass dream and you were in it, we thought it was cool that we finally met and were regretting it was only a dream.
The quote for them is "As easy as shooting Dymametal ducks in a barrel" so that had me thinking of them as kinda helpless if they can't move around much. And since it's an open container, making flying difficult/impossible period seemed logical. I'm also thinking of dropping their bomb making, since Dyna- could also be interpreted as dynamic, which as living origami they would be. totally isn't looking for input. Thank you. :)
Maybe they use them to communicate or as some type of signaling? That's what movie Reflector is doing right now, to scare away Skywarp. Have you seen the movie 9? There's twins in there and I'm thinking of having Reflector communicate like them, no vocalizer, just something like visual Morse code instead. *flustered* Out of curiosity, what did dream!me look like? If there was a way to go to our cabin up north for a while, it'd be a possibility, but no one's in a situation to travel unless need be right now.
The dyna- in the duck's name can mean so many different things. Though if you're going to stick with dynamic, I like the thought of dynamic programming. Maybe that's why they're so physically weak and easy to shoot, they've sacrificed physical abilities in exchange for processing power. It makes sense that flying would be harder for them. There's also the fact that for some reason, they keep on reminding me of that one Pokemon, Porygon, or whatever its name is
( ... )
I wanted to see 9, I wanted to see 9 very badly, but with transportation issues as they are, I missed out. Let's see... You had about shoulder length, straight dark brown hair. Brown eyes, uhhh I don't remember much about your clothes but your boots were neat. If I visit my brother in Kalamazoo(he goes to collage there), that at least gets us closer. *shrug*
It does look like porygon, I didn't see that until you pointed it out. But yeah, I tacked the bomb thing on earlier when I was trying to figure out their name and I just shoehorned that in. Silly artist, it doesn't work that way, and you wondered why you got frustrated with them.
Oh ffff...WANT. Those are amazing. I'd like to figure out how to modify or make toys like this so I could have ones of my characters. And I agree with you that the comic coneheads are better, when I saw them I was so hoping that the toy would be based off of them. Instead, until Dirge, we got starscream repaints. *sigh*

The unfolded reference makes me think of Armadillo lizards, but anyways you cut it, the idea of combining Avian and Reptilian characteristics is cool.
