[If it isn't that darn ink well bubbling again. You'd think by now the city would have enough of these robotic creatures, pick on someone else for a change.  But nope! Cybertronians are rather popular now, the new "in" thing. What can you say? Robots are the future!  The well gurgles a bit more, its contents turning a slight blue hue before ( Read more... )

[Blurr listens to all she has to say intently, nodding every once in awhile when the time calls for it. After she's finished, he paces the ground before her, collecting this information verbally.]

So you are meaning to tell me that I have been transported to a planet or area of unknown origin when I was running back to Cybertron in an attempt to warn the Elite Guard. This can only be assumed that I have entered a wormhole as they are quite common in space and I must have missed it due to the fact that I had broken the soundbarrier after I had launched off of one of Starscream's clones heads which would have sent me to this world. Now if I could launch myself out of this world by the same technique using both my speed and a decent launch pad I could rocket myself into space in 10.2 seconds given if this planet has the same atmosphere as that of Earth which judging by the way you are breathing appears to be OBVIOUS! Although I am curious as to why Optimus Prime is here as he CANNOT reach lightspeed even when put into overdrive or ( ... )

[He takes a few steps back, catching his breath for a few seconds. Sorry, Caroline, but when you're trying to stop an all out civil war from happening, "lol I'm helping the enemy" doesn't quite sit well with him.]

[ A small chuckle escapes before she could stop it. ]

You have little to worry about. What I gather I keep and what I share will do little to change the tides in an eon long war. I'm not sharing weaponry or quantum physics information with them. And again, I should mention that I am from a completely different dimension than yours. There is no such planet called Cybertron in the universe that my Earth is located in. That means your war has little to do with me, even if I were betraying overly beneficial information to them, which I am not. Even so, do you think that Decepticon pride would even allow for them to take favors from a human?

[ She *had* shared groundbridge tech, but with someone not from their universe, and she had offered a plan on destroying Optimus, but they had declined. So, there was no true deception in what she was saying. ]

[The No Cybertron thing piques his interest.]

And just HOW FAR does your space technology let you reach? Your solar system?

[Have a small chuckle yourself, Caroline.]

You're going to have to be a little more thorough to prove there's no Cybertron in your universe.

Suppose there is, information I gather on the Decepticons can only help us in our defense.

Point taken, miss. But Optimus Prime would know more about Decepticon weaknesses AND be willing to share them more readily than Decepticons themselves!

I'm not concerned with your war, and at the moment it has no part to do with my home or my research. The information I'm gathering has to do with methods of returning, not weaknesses and strengths. I'm not a pawn for either side, I work on my own initiatives and plan to apply my work to projects that benefit myself and my company.

I'm afraid we've nothing to discuss, free agent for if you truly think of us considering you as a pawn then you do not know the Autobot cause well enought.

[Is his speech...slower?]

[ The urge to throw the nearest rock at him was hard to dismiss, but with a slow breath, Caroline calms herself. ]

All you've done is imply that I am a pawn for either side, worrying what information I may share with the Decepticons. You've questioned my responsibility, my intelligence, my integrity. I understand that the Autobots see humans as things to protect, too small and insignificant to join in your battle. Well, let me educate you on something.

I have a substance that could destroy any Cybertronian. Something developed from my world without the help of anyone. Should an invasion happen, we wouldn't require the help from the Autobots. Not all humans are like the ones you know. I work for no side, I work for Aperture.

[Gurl did you just threaten Cybertronian way of life?]

Given your actions you fit the bill of agent, wouldn't you agree? And who is assuming now? Optimus Prime has worked with humans for quite some time if my information is correct.

[He kneels down.]

We see you as partners and YOU see us as a tool.

[He shudders a bit. Yeah, he's had some personal experience with this, Caroline.]

[Cave notices Caroline, and another one of those filthy giant metal scrapheaps kneeling near her. The rustbucket has obviously made her very angry. Cave groans aloud.]

Oh Christ, another one of you overgrown kitchen appliances? Come on, I'm sure there's a Woolworth in some dimension that will take you in.

[Cave makes a shooing motion.]

K-Kitchen appliance? FIRST OF ALL, I'm a Cybertronian. In fact, I don't believe I've ever met one of us that could turn into a kitchen appliance. One could only assume this is an insult from which you based surely upon your interactions with the other bots in this area and judging from your attitude it appears you have met the DeCEPTicons!
