I fell in immediate love and wrote a letter to the original artist." which gave me the impression that you saw this picture somewhere and then wrote a letter to the artist asking for permission to have it tattooed. in this case, there could be lots of other people out there who have done exactly that, and also have that same tattoo. but then at the end, you say it's a custom piece? custom piece for what? i assume it's not for you because you didn't request it to be drawn for you, you saw it and decided you liked it
