i couldnt reccomend a specific place to get it. But I do know, this only happens if you lose/gain large amounts of weight over a short period of time. ie- getting a tattoo on your stomach and then becoming pregnant.
it really just matters how much you weigh and how much you plan on losing through a certain length of time.
Losing 50 lbs in 3 months...not recommended. losing 50 lbs in a year...thatd work.
