Half Sleeve

I finally uploaded pics of the outline of my half sleeve that I got done in August. I already had a flaming ‘three of swords’ and decided that the theme for my sleeve would be a heart for each element. We ended up going for a frozen heart melting into waves for water, air is a flying heart with both an angel and devil wing, and earth is a heart

CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THE REST ONCE IT'S FILLED IN A BIT MORE....MIKE RATT FROM DETROIT IS DOING MY SUIT FREEHAND...WAITING TO GET A BIT MORE FILLED IN BEFORE I POST BUT I LOVE FREEHANBD WORK...GOOD SIGN OF A GREAT CONFIDENT ARTIST. I'VE KNOWN MY MIKE FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND LOVE HIS WORK ON FLESH AND CANVAS. SO WE WORK OUT THE BASIC "DIRECTION AND SUBJECT" PRIOR TO THE GUN AND I LET HIM RIP...I'D LIKE TO SEE MORE PEOPLE DO THAT RATHER THAN (AS GOOD AS THE RESULTS MAY BE) FLASH IN THE PAN ARTWORK. IT SHOWS CONFIDENCE AND RESEARCH IN AN ARTIST. I HOPE THAT DIDN'T COME OFF AS OFFENSIVE TO ANYBODY....IT WASN'T INTENDED AS SUCH.

My friends and I pretty much shitted ourselves when he said he wanted to do a freehand orginal. Mike Koons is a great fucking artist, and when you tell him that you trust him and let him do his job he just rocks. I think it took him about 2 hours to free hand with a ballpoint pen and then another 2 to ink, I'm just waiting to see what it'll look like when it all gets filled in.
