Im looking for a talented artist to design a tattoo for me.
WILLING TO PAY...Im ultra desperate.

I want it to be a pheonix design..something interesting..but small. Im putting in on my hip or possibly my shoulder.

If someone could help me or knows someone who does I'll be forever in your debt.
