[The video feed flickers to life to reveal a cloaked and hooded figure, presumably staring at the screen. The image is still for several long minutes, silence echoing over the channel.

Then it speaks, although the image changes not. Its voice is quiet but cold, almost deceptively gentle. One might even go so far as to consider it "pleasant"
