And no, I don't necessarily mean the season (although I am very excited that fall is here).  A great deal depends on what the Senate does tonight and how the markets of Europe and Asia take it.  After all, they're going to have the chance to react hours before the U.S. does.  On one hand, it's a bit scary to be living through history like this, but

True. Though I'd probably be more excited and less scared if this particular bit of history wasn't dragging me down with it, with my apparently unsellable old apartment...

True. That does suck. I'm unemployed right now (mostly) and it's making it very difficult to get a job, but...it's living history. And that's cool.

I do hope you can sell your old place though.
