For several years beginning in 1913 Carl Jung kept a journal of his inner journey. It was never published and had only been seen by a few people. Well, it is available now for the bargain basement price of $195.00. Sigh.
His breathtaking conception of human consciousness wedded to that caliber of art can only be a transformative. I will own a copy, preferably a first edition, or I die.
The blurb at the publishing company equates it with Blake and the Book of Kells. If it lives up to its potential I wouldn't call that an exaggerated claim.
I now see that Amazon has it for $105. Not shipping yet. I can think of a frivolous luxury or two I can do without for little while.
