I never really thought about it, but that's pretty much what Jason and I do every weekend :) We usually end up picking some area of the city we've never been to before, or go to see some event that's happening around the city. We haven't got anything planned yet for this weekend (aside from hitting some of the Contact shows), but I'm looking forward to PS Kensington starting up on the 24th--those are always good. Correction, this weekend, there'll be fireworks--we'll probably head out to either Humber Loop or the Beaches again. The Toronto flickr group was there last year, so I bet they will be again. There are a few cool things happening at Harbourfront this weekend, including this, and this, and both are free.

Give me a call or text me if you are going down to Harbourfront and I'll join you. My cell phone number is on my facebook profile page.

As for the fireworks, I'm not sure what I'm doing for that yet.

Cool! Will do :)

Are you part of the Toronto flickr group? I'm not, but it sounds like a good resource, from what I understand.

Dem and I do that all the time, but without a pub obviously.
Count me as in if I have the time, which I'd try to make sure I have if offered :)
