Two points on Customer Service

#1-- Just because I tell you something other than what you want to hear, that isn't bad customer service, it means what you thought you knew was WRONG and the information I've given you is what you need to know.

Also, just because you think you should deserve some kind of discount or some price lower than everybody else, it is not bad Customer ( Read more... )

Be glad you aren't ordering for kids! It's been about 3 years since I could rely on McD's to get an order right. "Plain hamburger, nothing on it" usually means I get ketchup, cheese & onions (in 6 states and counting).

Oh, no, I get that all the time!
"Cheeseburger plain, no meat, extra cheese" is our standard order for the boy.
For those people who give me the "WHUH??" face I then say, "Bun, cheese, cheese, bun. That's it."
You may want to try that.

"Hamburger plain. Bun, burger, bun. That's it. Got it?"

yea, I had 2 marathon calls in a row today. Each took over an hour. The customers were both happy at the end and thanked me profusely, but I needed a bathroom break and wound up leaving work 30 min late. It's Miller time.
(I'm currently in the midst of a sandwich with lots o swiss & pastrami with extra kraut. And my third MGD.)
