De-Construction

May 08, 2006 01:05

Lately I've been working with a few people I know here on a de-construction project. We've been taking apart an enormous riding arena piece by piece in the hopes that we can rebuild it somewhere else... But it's money. Unfortunately money = no online time (except now, around 1:10 AM). I developed some new film! It's an okee roll. Got some pics of ( Read more... )

Hey Luis!!

My dad just called me and said that you left a message on the phone the other day, and I'm only now just getting it, so my apologies. How are you? It's been a while huh? Things here are good; we're out of college for the summer. Philip has a job at a construction company in Inverness, and everything in general is going well. Sounds like you're going to be having something a good time taking pictures of Mt. St. Helen- can't wait to see the pictures!!

Well, take care, and hope to talk to you soon.

:)

Ooohhh, lets hope that you get some time to come down and see the gang- you're right, it really would be great to see you again Louie :) As for Philip's job, it's not as exciting as it sounds- he's actually an office assistant. He told me that it's really boring, to which I reply that his first paycheck will give him the inspiration to persevere. Lecanto highway is coming along- they have alot of it done now, however, much of the road still needs evening out. Hate to admit it, but we'll probably all be graduate students by the time they finally finish it. Looking forward to seeing the pictues that you took- you have so much talent that there is not a doubt in my mind that they truly are amazing.

Philip is sitting beside me, and I asked him if he wanted me to say anything from him, to which he replied "..ummm...hi"- for someone who definitely has a way with words and creative writing, he sure doesn't say too much eh ;)

Keep my afresh with the latest and any potential visit, and I'll touch base with you again soon. Enjoy your Sunday!!

And you enjoy your sunday too! Phil needs some speech classes. lol. Good luck with the office assistant job. Less dirty than out here. Today we broke out most of the drywall and took out most of the insulation of the building. It was a hard day's toil, but we survived.

Hope you're having fun down there, and too tired to think of anything else to write,
Louie
