Where Heather really wants to use subject titles like a Victorian novel (and lalumena!)

Mar 26, 2009 20:46

I guess to be original I could use "In which" instead of "where" - from what I remember, all the chapter titles in Vanity Fair follow that pattern. Anyway, Charlotte, not that this is anything new, but I like the idea. ;)

I will try to make this short and sweet but there are a lot of random things to share!

Welcome back girl, love the new layout and the bag is too cute! I'm glad you liked The Lost Memoirs of Jane Austen, I've had it on my pile forever but I'm going to have to move it up now.

Thanks. :)
I really enjoyed The Lost Memoirs - it was fun and sweet. (Of course, more bittersweet 'cause you know how it ends... kind of.) I hope you like it too!

I've been on a period drama kick; not Jane Austen, but over the last few days I've watched "Daniel Deronda", "Wives & Daughters" and "Our Mutual Friend" (11 and 1/2 hours). "Middlemarch" will be next and maybe "North & South" again.

Ohhhh, Our Mutual Friend. :D That's crazy impressive, 11.5 hours! Middlemarch is the only one out of everything you've listed that I've not seen - I should add it to my list.

11.5 so far...

It's up to about 12 now, should be 13 by the time OMF is done.

I definitely want to buy those two albums too! Except I really don't need another reason to spend money...

Haha, I believe it about the girls screaming. PluggedIn's review even says But when [Jacob] first peeks his head onto the screen, a portion of the audience-primarily female, for the record-is likely to erupt with squeals of delight.
Personally, I will never understand the status that Twilight has reached, but I do enjoy it in my own way. Just not enough to carry around a Tote with Robert Pattinson's face on it that I saw in Chapters the other day, haha.

Yes, I really loved seeing Carlisle! I agree, definitely an entrance. ;)

Heehee. My favourite parts are the Cullen family scenes, and the parts where Bella and Edward are just hanging out and being fun - i.e. when she's washing the truck or something. ;)
